Description
On behalf of Fraser Coast Regional Council (FCRC), Sourced Energy invites suppliers to participate in either or both parts of this two part Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP covers 30 Queensland Large Market sites with a total consumption per annum of approx. 20GWh.
PART A relates to Supply of Large Market Electricity to 30 NMI Closes Friday 10th June 4pm (AEST)
PART B relates to Energy Related Income Solutions Closes Friday 10th June 4pm (AEST)

To receive access to the interval data and Response Schedule, an Intent to Respond to PART A email must be received by FCRC and Sourced Energy at [email protected] and cc to [email protected] before 8 June 2022 4pm.

Proposals due for PART A Large Market Electricity supply by 4pm 10 June 2022 |
To assist in accurate assessment of your offer in comparison to others’, as a minimum all proposals must contain a completed Response Schedule and a copy of your standard contract terms. Price offers should be firm and valid for acceptance until C.O.B on 14 June 2022. Your proposal should be sent to FCRC by email to: [email protected] |

Clarification of offers if required 10-14 June 2022 |
Following receipt and analysis of offers, any clarification required will be forwarded for response by respondents. |

Final decision for electricity supply 14 June 2022 |
Notification of final decision and acceptance will be sent to the successful retailer. Offer acceptance documents will be executed by FCRC on this date along with any required transfer forms. Sites will require immediate processing for transferral by the successful retailer to achieve required contract start date. |

Electricity Supply Contract start 1 July 2022 & 1 January 2023. |
A greenfield site is to be added in early 2024, date TBA. |
